Just completed an hour long flight experience at South Warwickshire flying club at Wellsbourne Airfield. Can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Very friendly and welcoming, and took control of the aircraft for most of the flight. Wonderful experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.

My wife bought vouchers for myself and my brother to fly a helicopter which had been on both our bucket lists. From the moment we walked into the office at Heli Air in Gloucester we were out at ease and thoroughly enjoyed the entire session which lasted approximately 90 minutes. We were taken through the mechanical side and then taken on a flight where each of us took turns at controlling the aircraft. The pilot Matthew was welcoming, informative, made the entire experience what it was.

A wonderful birthday

Got to the airfield early , booking in was easy and there was a good cafe to relax in before the briefing. Very reassuring and competent briefing. The drop was incredible, Truely exhilarating ! Great crew, felt really well looked after and safe and the video package is well worth the money.

The whole experience was incredible. Being able to fly an aircraft and control the direction and altitude is extremely satisfying and exciting.

Had a great jump and the guys were really fantastic on the safety and security front. First day booked had poor weather and on the day of the jump we had to wait around until mid afternoon for the wind to die down and cloud to break. Unavoidable but a pain with the organisation as we lived quite a distance from the site in Salisbury.

This was a first simulator experience for me, someone who hates flying, but I was prepared to try out the "real thing" on an A320 simulator. The instructor put me at ease and was very clear in explaining not only the general systems of the A320, but also took lots of time to explain what I would do, how I would do it and also included my wife as the "backseat pilot" in the jump seat! A very enjoyable session for both of us and we weren't rushed at all. I still hate flying though.....

Loved this gift from my wife Superb experience from arriving at the venue to leaving. The pilot was very nice and proffesional.

A very good/enjoyable first time flight at the controls of a helicopter, made all the better by my instructor. A happy and polite guy, always chatting and putting me at ease. He let me fly for the majority of the trip, asking if there was anywhere I particularly wanted to fly over. I would highly recommend this helicopter experience @ Nwcl Airport!

I’ve been asked to review a helicopter experience. Being well grounded I have to be honest. That wasn’t the experience and though we would have liked to book that one it wasn’t available at this time of year. I’m hoping to redeem that in the spring and ask Virgin to confirm that it has been extended for twelve months as previously confirmed following COVID restrictions Staying at the Behan was excellent. Food brilliant as was the service and comfort of the beautifully furnished surrounds.I

Brilliant! I want a Spitfire

Although having flown an Auster solo many years ago, this experience exceeded my wildest imagination mainly due to the instruction from my Pilot/Instructor on this occasion. I will probably have a few more lessons to fully understand dynamics of the influence of meteorological conditions on keeping a glider in the air. Many thanks to my Daughter and Kent Gliding Club.
