Visit the critically acclaimed UK pavilion The Hive: designed to be an immersive, multi-sensory experience inspired by bees, you’ll be drawn in by hundreds of glowing LEDs and orchestral sounds filling the air.
When it’s time for some light refreshment simply head to either the Pavilion Bar and Grill, Victoria Plaza Café or the Orangery Servery for self-service cream tea. The perfect setting for you both to relax and reflect on your day together, before heading back out.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Kew, you will need to hand in your voucher at the ticket office where you will receive a map with information on what events are arranged for that day so you can plan your visit.
You can spend as long as you like in Kew Gardens but don’t forget that you are welcome to enjoy self-service cream tea, which includes a either a scone with cream and jam or a slice of cake, in Pavilion Bar and Grill, Victoria Plaza Café or the Orangery Servery.

- Minimum age: 17
- Disabled access is available throughout the Gardens. Kew Palace offers a staff-operated lift to all of its three floors
- Under 17s are admitted at the child rate posted on the entrance gates. The experience covers a Cream Tea for two. Any additional catering must be paid for on the day

Your voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue.
Kew Gardens opens daily at 10.00 (except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Closing times vary seasonally.
CreamTea is available until 14.15
Kew Palace, along with the associated Royal Kitchens and Queen Charlotte’s Cottage are open annually from Easter to the last weekend in September
