Experience the feeling of a ‘Barrel Roll’ or a ‘Loop the Loop’ during your flight at an experienced aviation centre. You will be a part of a spectacular display of grace and elegance, whilst viewing the world from a different angle and defying gravity. Sit back and enjoy the exhilaration as you encounter well-known aerobatic manoeuvres such as loops, rolls, stall turns, chandelles and steep turns.
You will fly at speeds of over 100mph, thousands of feet in the air and test your nerves in this adventurous, white knuckle ride.

What happens on the day?
Your experience starts with the qualified instructor giving you a pre-flight briefing which will enable you to understand how the aircraft is capable of aerobatic flight. Once in the air, your instructor will accelerate the aircraft to over 100mph before starting a sequence of aerobatic manoeuvres, which may include loops, rolls, and wingovers. Due to the nature of this experience it is unlikely you will be able to take the controls, so just sit back and enjoy the ride. This experience is not for the faint hearted and is definitely not recommended with a hangover.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 12
- Minimum height: 5ft
- Maximum height: 6ft 4in (except Camberley - 6ft 2in and Bodmin - 6ft)
- Maximum weight: 16 stone at Burton on Trent, 14 stone 7 pounds at Redhill, and 14 stone at Camberley and Bodmin
- You should not take part in this activity if you are pregnant or suffer from epilepsy
- Spectators are welcome, however views may be restricted
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location
Availability
This experience runs most days throughout the year but is subject to availability.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 1 hour for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Seeing the world from a different angle”
A great way to spend a summery late afternoon. John made sure I was safely strapped in, and off we taxied on the bumpy grass. Took off and flew over M25 towards Epsom for the real thrills to start. After checking we were at a safe height, we descended a little to gain speed for a loop the loop, followed by a barrel roll, stall turn and a spin, with a brief explanation before each manoeuvre. Then a leisurely return to Redhill over beautiful countryside with views across to London.
