Voucher received as a gift, very easy to redeem and books were delivered in a few days. Had notification from Royal Mail re the delivery, but no correspondence at all from the company I placed the order with, surprisingly.

I have been I'll and depressed. This product has cheered me up and bettered my life!!!!

I fiollowed link virgin supplied and filled in my details for a Rum taster subscription , then had to email the company separately with the same details, and that's where it's all gone quiet. I havent received anything back to say they even got my email. No, " Hi we're dealing with your experience", to give that comfortable feeling that they even know I exist. There should be an auto received reply at least. Or Virgin should ensure that companies follow up, not just take the money, and opt out.

This was an enjoyable game which 4 of us played via Zoom. Getting into the game to start with and 'adding' other playes, however, was an absolute nightmare. There was an option to 'add players' but when trying to do so it seemed that a different access code was needed for each player (at least the ONE access code I had could not be used more than once). I had to go on line to fond out how other players could be added. Clear instructions as to how to start this game needed.

We played this escape room as a group of 7 adults who all absolutely loved it. There was a mix of easy and difficult puzzle to challenge everyone and also include everyone. Very good via any web conferencing platform (e.g. zoom/teams). Loved that there is no time limit and a generous number of devices can log on at the same time (8).

Was given this gin tasting subscription as a leaving gift from work. Great idea. Easy to redeem with clear instructions on when to expect delivery. First batch already received and can fit safely through a letter box. Useful tasting notes. Can't rave about this highly enough!
