The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. This was a present from our son and daughter-in-law, and I'm sorry to say it wasn't value for money. The basin and bath tap were running, a bulb was flicking and subsequent died! The window sill inside was rotting. I did report to reception on our way into breakfast and by the time we returned to our room it had been fixed, (but not the window sill obviously) The restaurant was nice and clean, but I'm not too sure if workmen should have been allowed in. I know they had clean overalls on.
