A two night escape in The Grand Hotel could be just the break you need. This elegant Victorian building is located in vibrant central Leicester and is part of the renowned Mercure Hotel group. The wonderful 19th century building has been modernised inside for optimum comfort and your cosy classic room will feature modern décor with a flat-screen TV, complimentary high-speed WiFi and a comfortable twin or double bed.

There is plenty to see and do in Leicester, with the shopping centre just a few minutes walk away from your hotel. After a fantastic night’s sleep you can wake to a delicious breakfast in the brasserie each morning. Then the day is yours to do as you please. Get out and explore the city centre or relax and take it easy in the gorgeous hotel.

What happens on the day?

When you arrive at the hotel you will check in between 14.00 and 15.00 and the friendly staff will show you to your room. Here you and your guest will spend two nights relaxing and enjoying some rest. On each morning of your stay you can enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore the city.

Your room will come with a flat screen TV and there is free WiFi throughout the hotel. The hotel boasts a modern art styled restaurant, The Brasserie, if you wish to book lunch or dinner as an extra treat (at additional cost). Check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

Availability

Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.

Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

Your experience will be for two nights.
Check-in will be from 14.00 to 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
