What happens on the day?

When you arrive at the Mercure Bewdley The Heath Hotel for check in between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival, you and your guest will be shown to your comfortable twin or double room. Enjoy the crisp white sheets and stylish décor during your Two Night Break.

On each morning you and your guest can enjoy a delicious breakfast to set you up for the day. Dining facilities are also available in the hotel should you wish to book lunch or dinner as an extra treat. Check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the day of departure.

Availability

Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.

Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

Your experience will be for two nights.
Check-in will be from 14.00 to 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
