How it works
Having completed your purchase, you'll receive an e-voucher containing all the information required to contact our partner, who'll ship your product. An order is not automatically placed.
Full activation details will be included to order the item at time that suits you or the lucky recipient.
Delivery Guidelines
On activation of your voucher your books will be delivered to UK mainland addreses within 7 working days.
If you’re not at home, the service provider ‘Royal Mail’ will attempt to deliver your item to your neighbour and leave a card. If it can’t be delivered to them, they will leave a card with details of collection from their Customer Service Point.
If they can’t redeliver your item, or you don’t collect it, they will hold onto your box at the Customer Service Point for 18 days. After this time, they’ll return it to our warehouse. You will then need to contact Box of Stories and pay an additional postage & handling charge of £5 to get it redelivered to you. Hopefully it won’t come to that, as you will want to be reading your new books by then!
