About this experience
Strap in for the zip-line ride of your life courtesy of Zip World’s very own Titan 2. The ultimate group zipping experience, you and two other thrillseekers will embark on over 1,000m travelling down through the valley. Take in the stunning views out over the mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog and beyond.
The first four person zip line in Europe, the combination of the incredible Titan 2 zip and Velocity 2 makes North Wales the zip line capital of the world. You’ll be zipping in the seated position here and with two zip lines – no two rides are quite the same. Before embarking upon your exhilarating zip experience, you’ll be treated to a 45 minute tour of the historic, manmade landscape of Llechwedd slate quarry, travelling up to 1,400 ft above sea level in an iconic army truck as you take in stunning views and learn all about the site’s history from experienced guides.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Zip World in Blaenau Ffestiniog, you’ll check in with a member of staff before making your way to the incredible Titan zip wire to embark on your incredible zip-line adventure.
The whole experience lasts for roughly 2 hours with over 1,000m zipping.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 7
- Please note that one participating adult must accompany children aged 17 and younger
- Minimum height: 3ft 11in
- Maximum height: 6ft 8in
- Minimum weight: 3 stone13lb
- Maximum weight: 18 stone 12lb
- Medical conditions such as heart problems, claustrophobia or epilepsy may increase your chance of having an accident - please check with the supplier prior to booking to see if you are suitable for this experience
- Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for those suffering with high blood pressure or for pregnant women
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Available seven days a week from April to October. Other date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

This is a great experience , From the time we arrived at the car park to completing the ride all the staff were brilliant and helpful The kitting out process was made easy by the staff and they were great chatting to everyone ,especially those who were a bit apprehensive ,reassuring them them. Our guide on the way up was very knowledgeable giving us a history of the slate mine. Then the ride ...absolute enjoyed it ,brilliant and it was amazing the different ages ..not just for youngsters
