What happens on the day?
Arriving within plenty of time of your booking, you and your friend will be warmly welcomed by the staff who’ll check you in to begin your ziplining adventure. Head to the Phoenix Zip Line to be strapped in by the Zip World staff. With two separate zip zones and four parallel lines in each, you’ll soar through the sky together on the world’s fastest seated zipline combining comfort and adrenaline.
With the experience lasting around 60 minutes, a ticket for the Tower Coaster entitles you to three rides around the 1km track. Between each go, you will disembark the kart and re-join the queue for your next turn. Each unit is controlled by you so tailor the speed to your likes via the lever – go fast for the thrills or slow to take in the amazing surroundings.

- Please note that one participating adult must accompany children aged 17 and younger
- Minimum height: 3ft 11in
- Maximum height: 6ft 8in (zip line)
- Minimum weight: 4 stone10lb (zip line)
- Maximum weight: 18 stone 12lb (zip line)
- Maximum combined weight: 26 stone 10lbs (Tower Coaster) Please note this can be lower in extreme weather conditions
- Medical conditions such as heart problems, claustrophobia or epilepsy may increase your chance of having an accident - please check with the supplier prior to booking to see if you are suitable for this experience
- Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for those suffering with high blood pressure or for pregnant women

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
