What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and signed in by the team. The sessions throughout the weekend will be led by highly qualified and experienced instructors who will take you to all the best spots in the local area. You’ll enjoy a range of water-based activities including wild swimming, surfing and stand-up paddle boarding. The weekend also promises plenty of exploring to the great local hangouts and the beautiful coastal path, as well as the opportunity to meet a group of like-minded women.

- Minimum age: 12 (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
- The weekend sessions take place in a variety of areas, all of which are public and can be accessed by spectators

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
