What happens on the day?
Time slots to choose from are either 10am to 1pm or 1:30pm to 4:30pm. On arrival at your selected time, you’ll both be warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who will give you a robe and slippers each for the duration of your retreat. From there, the two of you can enjoy three hours’ access to the facilities including the swimming pool and hot tub. During your experience, you’ll enjoy one treatment each of your choice, with a total of 50 minutes, from the extensive menu.

- Minimum age: 18
- A full consultation will take place to highlight any medical concerns upon arrival, but we would adivse to mention anything when booking to ensure staff are aware of any individual needs

Availability
Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
This experience can be booked seven days a week throughout the year, however some dates may be excluded.
Access to the facilities can be booked for 10.00 until 13.00 or 13.30 until 16.30
We recommend you book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
