What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Palace Hotel, you’ll be warmly greeted before being shown through to the decorated surroundings of the New York Bar, The Palace Lounge, or The Leopard Bar.
Once you take your seats, resident experts will take you through a sensational tasting journey of all things whisky, where you’ll get to experience a variety of flavours ranging in complexity and richness. Alongside your samples, you’ll tuck into a sharing platter of cheese and chocolate truffles, perfect for complementing your drinks in style.

The experience is available from 17.00 to 22.00 Tuesday to Saturday throughout the year. Excluded dates may apply.
