How it works
Customer Reviews
“Nice day out in London.”
Over all we enjoyed the day. However just a couple of things we found frustrating. Firstly having to phone golden tours for Westminster ticket and having to send a photo of voucher to them before getting ticket emailed to us. Secondly, still having to join the queue for people who were waiting to buy tickets un booked. This took over 30 mins just to exchange our email ticket for an Abbey ticket.
“Very enjoyable visit”
Westminster Abbey was very interesting and we spent about 2 hours there, when we arrived we had to wait until 2:00 to get in as there was an event on, when I got home I had an email telling us it would be closed until 2:00 but this arrived too late. The boat tour was good, very friendly staff but we got on the boat at 4:50 and they did not tell us that the tour would only go to tower bridge as they were ending for the day. Booking was complicated.
“Great experience”
The visit was amazing, loved it. Only one small detail: the way to redeem the voucher could be improved. Instead of calling, sending emails and finally have the the tickets an online procedure would be easier.
