Learn that move you’ve always wanted to nail or simply watch your skill level skyrocket with this Women and Waves Surf Weekend in Newquay.
Your lessons will be taught by expert guides who will take you to all the best beaches in the area. You’ll be placed in separate ability groups so you can develop your skills at your own pace without being pushed along too quickly or held back by others. The sessions serve as a perfect introduction for beginners as well as for advanced riders wanting to nail manoeuvres.
The weekend is also an opportunity to meet a group of like-minded female surfers in a super chilled and friendly environment. By the end of the weekend, everyone will see guaranteed improvements and you’ll also take home a photo and video analysis pack to continue your learning.

What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll be warmly met by the team and placed in a separate ability group to develop your skills with like-minded surfers of a similar ability level. The sessions will be led by expert guides who will take you to all the best beaches in the area. Throughout the weekend, you’ll meet a group of like-minded female surfers in a more social setting.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 12 (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
- The weekend sessions take place in a variety of areas, all of which are public and can be accessed by spectators
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability

The experience runs over two days of your chosen weekend.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
