The class begins with refreshments and a chance to meet everyone. Expert demonstration is combined with hands-on training at your own fully-equipped workstation. Using local, seasonal and organic produce, choose from international fares including fragrant Thai recipes to hearty British favourites to vibrant Indian. Or a range of baked goods from patisserie to artisan breads.
You’ll eat the mouth-watering dishes you create during the weekend. Enjoy a light lunch on Saturday and dinner including wine. With recipes and your new-found skills, you’ll leave feeling like you’ve really achieved something.

What happens on the day?
Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your class to enjoy refreshments and meet your fellow students. The chef tutor will run through the menu, subject to seasonal availability of ingredients, as you don your apron ready to cook. The classes incorporate expert demonstration coupled with hands-on training at individual fully-equipped work-stations.
Choose from 10 different courses using local, seasonal and organic produce to create your chosen cuisine from Thai or Modern British to Artisan Breads or Patisserie. The result of the class will form part of your lunch or dinner menu.
On Saturday, there’ll be a light lunch and an early evening meal with a glass of wine. Recipes and notes will be provided to recreate the magic at home.

The experience is available most weekends. Exclusions may apply.
Timings for the course are as follows - finish times are approximate:
Saturday - 09.30 to 18.00
Sunday - 09.30 to 16.00
Please arrive by 09.15 for refreshments.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 days for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
