Based in the heart of the action in the UK’s surf capital, you’ll meet like-minded women and be taught by expert guides who will take you to all the best beaches in the area with the best waves to up your surfing game. You’ll also get the unique chance to put your surf-related questions to a guest speaker, picking up handy tips to improve your performance.
When not in the sea, you’ll be stretching out those paddling muscles in a surf-specific yoga class or exploring Newquay’s surf shops. The week will also include an unforgettable stand-up paddleboarding session at sunset, stopping to sip prosecco and soak up the scenic views. You’ll also receive a photo and video analysis package to take home.

What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and signed in by the team. The sessions throughout the week will be led by expert instructors who will take you to all the best beaches in the area to help you improve your surfing. The week also includes a yoga class, a sunset Paddle and Prosecco and a chance to put your surf-related questions to a guest speaker. You’ll also receive a photo and video analysis package to take home.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 12 (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
- The weekend sessions take place in a variety of areas, all of which are public and can be accessed by spectators
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
