What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Wallace Restaurant, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the receptionist; simply hand over your voucher and you’ll be accompanied to your pre-booked table. Take your seats, soak up the atmosphere, and tuck into a delicious afternoon tea, served on a traditional three-tiered stand. Before or after your booking, you’re free to explore The Wallace Collection at your leisure.

Availability
The experience is available Monday - Friday throughout the year. Exclusions including 24, 25, 26 December will apply.
The Wallace Collection is open:
Monday - Thursday 10.00 - 17.00
Friday 10.00 - 23.00
Afternoon tea reservations can be made:
Monday - Thursday between 14.30 -16.30.
Friday - between 14.30 - 17.30
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours for your tea with additional time to explore the collection.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
