What happens on the day?
On arrival at Hampton Court Palace your voucher will need to be exchanged for an entrance pass. You’ll be able to roam freely until the Palace closes, so feel free to take it all in before making your way home from there.

Please ensure that you do book your Hampton Court visit in advance. You will be unable to gain entry without a pre-booked slot.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
