What happens on the day?
Your ticket for The View from The Shard should be pre-booked so you can arrive and make your way to the attraction, shortening time spent in queues. You can enjoy the experience at your leisure with no time restriction on your visit meaning you can take as long as you like to soak up the breath-taking views. You’ll take the elevator up to the indoor viewing platform on Level 69 and if you’re feeling brave, up to level 72 for a spectacular open-air platform.
As part of this experience, you’ll also enjoy a three-course meal for lunch or dinner at Marco Pierre White’s London Steakhouse Co. On arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of Champagne each before choosing from a range of dishes for each course, along with a side with your main. At the end of your meal you’ll take home a boxed London Steakhouse Company Apron.
Additional side are available and start at £5.25. Tea and coffee are also available at an extra charge.

Your vouchers are valid until the date printed on them, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The View from the Shard
Entry can be booked on selected dates throughout the year. Please note that The Shard is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
To reduce queues and ensure the best possible visitor experience for everyone, admission to The View from The Shard will only be valid on the date and time stated on your ticket once a booking has been made with Virgin Experience Days Ltd.
Tickets for The View from The Shard are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Last entry varies depending on the time of year - please check for exact timings when booking. Bookings can be made between 24 hours and 4 months in advance, subject to availability, with a valid voucher.
The Voucher has a voucher number and PIN which needs to be quoted when booking. Your e-ticket, which will be sent as confirmation of your booking, will include a multi-digit order number to gain access into the attraction or The View from The Shard ticket.
A standard visit lasts 1 to 2 housr, allowing ample time for you to relax and enjoy the city skyline at your leisure as there is no time restriction on your visit.

This experience is available seven days a week throughout the year (weekends only in December)
Monday to Thursday: 12.00 to 15.00 for lunch and 17.30 to 22.30 for dinner
Friday and Saturday: 12.00 to 17.15 for lunch and 17.30 to 22.30 for dinner
Sunday: 12.00 to 17.15 for lunch and 17.30 to 22.00 for dinner
Please note that for Friday and Saturday evening bookings reservations can only be made within 48 hours prior to the experience (availability for dinner on Friday and Saturday is released at 09.00 on Wednesday and Thursday respectively of that week). If you choose to book a Friday or Saturday evening, outside of the 48-hour booking window as advised above, then the voucher will be used against the normal priced a la carte menu and the value taken off your final bill. You will not be able to have the Three Course Champagne Celebration Dining set menu.
Some date restrictions, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and Valentines Day will apply.
It is recommended that you book a date at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy that applies to all meal reservations, after which time you won't be able to amend or cancel a reservation.
Please allow approximately 1 hour 45 minutes for your meal.
Please allow ample times to travel beteenn the two venues.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

The view from the Shard was fantastic, the meal was nice putty mains don't come with vegetables which as side at over £5 is very expensive.
