What happens on the day?

On arrival at the hotel, you’ll be greeted by staff and checked into your double or twin room. Each room features an en-suite bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, hairdryer, and complimentary tea and coffee.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full access to the hotel’s leisure facilities including a gym, plunge pool, seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam room. You are free to spend your time at the hotel as you wish. If you choose to head out and explore the local area you’ll find a range of activities, beaches, and attractions on your doorstep including Sandbanks Beach with safe swimming in the sea, Poole Quay, Bournemouth Bay, and Brownsea Island. It’s a short journey via the chain ferry across the harbour to Shell Bay and Studland Nature Reserve. There are also regular boat trips to explore Poole Harbour with its fascinating variety of islands and birdlife.

You’ll enjoy a full English breakfast both mornings of your stay, setting you up nicely for whatever you have planned for the rest of each day.

Availability

You can book your stay seven days a week November to March (date exclusions such as Christmas, New Year, Valentines and Bank Holiday weekends will apply). The experience is not available during school holidays.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Your experience will be for two nights.
Check-in will be from 16.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be 10.30 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
