What happens on the day?

On arrival at Ragdale Hall you’ll be greeted by a friendly member of staff and offered a welcome drink and an introductory tour of the Hall – the staff will also tell you when breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served during your stay.

After you’ve dropped off your bags in your room you’re free to use the spa’s day facilities as you wish – whether it’s to play some tennis, take part in a pre-booked exercise class or just lounge around by the pool. Ragdale staff will always be happy to help if you need pointing in the right direction, so you’ll know where to go when it’s time for your pre-booked spa treatments. Aside from that, the rest of your time at Ragdale is yours to fill or empty as you wish – make your getaway your own!

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 16
Please mention any chronic medical conditions at the time of booking. These include pregnancy, allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare the spa staff in advance to provide the best possible treatment or therapy for you
There are disabled changing rooms and ramps in ground floor areas. It is recommended that disabled guests are accompanied by a carer

Availability

You can book your two night break to start on either Tuesday or Wednesday, subject to availability.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Your experience will be for two nights. Check-in will be from 15.00 on the day of arrival and on departure you will vacate your room by 11.00 however check-out is not until 14.00, after lunch.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
