“Brilliant trip to Paris on Eurostar”
This was present from my sons for a 60th Birthday in January so the voucher was due to expire in July but I wanted to time this with our Wedding Anniversary in September. The agents were brilliant and extended the voucher. Had an option of three comfy hotels and opted for one next to Louis Blanc metro which was a great base and only 12 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Managed to cram loads into three days and 65000 steps! They even arranged great weather . Eurostar a great way to travel. Merci!

“Great Paris break but very expensive ”
This was bought as a birthday treat but having had to choose times for Eurostar and choose a hotel we were amazed to find that, had we booked it all ourselves, it would have saved us nearly half the cost - so a huge mark up by virgin experience days. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in Paris, we did however upgrade our room at our own extra cost as Virgin wouldn’t allow us to upgrade.
“The worst service provided ”
On our arrival at the hotel we were advised by reception that they couldn't locate our booking and instead the name linked to a booking from December. Despite this "premium" package, we were left waiting in reception for an hour. In our room, out of the window – it had a view of a complete building site with a lot of noise– at no point were we advised of building works prior to the booking. For what was spent on this trip and the level of service received we were extremely disappointed.
