“An epic day out ”
Had a great time at Grizedale Forest GoApe. There is a good mix of activities in the treetop challenge including some epic zip wires. Definitely was pushed out of my comfort zone but always felt safe. The kids in our group loved it. There can be a bit of waiting around between the platforms. Our experience lasted well over three hours from start to finish so allow plenty of time. A very good value experience.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at the 5* Roseate House London, you’ll be warmly welcomed and shown to your Classic room. From there, the time is yours to enjoy as you wish: with Paddington Station just a short walk away, the hotel is perfectly located to explore London. When you’re ready to return, Roseate House will be waiting to offer a haven of tranquillity amongst the city’s hustle and bustle.
Beautifully designed to reflect its original Victorian architecture, your room boasts original oil paintings, period furniture and even a handmade bed. On each morning of your stay, the two of you can enjoy a cooked or continental breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.

Availability
Your two night break is available Friday to Sunday throughout the year. Exclusion including 31 December will apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Check-in from 15.00 and check-out by 12.00.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
