“Shame about virgin”
Hotel was in a fantastic location, just minutes from Paddington station and Hyde park. Hotel itself was good, the breakfast (included) is very substantial, staff polite and friendly. Shame our room was at the rear so just overlooked rear courtyards Room was nice size, bed was comfy without being anything special. Easy check in although the £100 security payment was s suprise Buying virgin voucher was easy however, lack of customer support - phone lines stopped so only email support.

Availability
Your two night break is available Friday to Sunday throughout the year. Exclusion including 31 December will apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Check-in from 15.00 and check-out by 12.00.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Perfect ”
Stayed here for 3 nights and just about everything was perfect. Room, service, breakfast and most of all staff. Extremely polite and obliging. Breakfast was good. My only negative, if I had to make one, would be the breakfast coffee.... very thin!!

Absolutely great week end at Roseate House. Dining was exceptional. Small hotel, intimate atmosphere. Loved it! Staff great and friendly. A must !
