What happens on the day?
On arrival at Fredrick’s Hotel & Spa you’ll be welcomed by a member of staff and shown up to your room to drop off your stuff.
Relax and unwind enjoying full access to the facilities including a swimming pool, sauna and gym as well. Your experience includes a choice of one 30 minute treatment each from the following: back, shoulder, neck massage, facial, manicure or pedicure.
Top off the relaxation one night with a delicious two-course dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. After a comfy night’s rest, breakfast will be served in the hotel’s restaurant before either exploring/resting some more or checking out and making your way home.

Available Thursday to Monday. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your experience will be for for two nights. You are welcome to arrive at the hotel from 12.00 - you can use the spa facilities until your room is ready at 15.00 and depart by 11.00 the following morning.
The spa is open 15.00 to 20.00 on Monday, Thursday and Friday, 12.00 to 20.00 Saturday and Sunday. Please note due to current restrictions time spent using the spa facilities is limited to 2 hours.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
