We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your experience will be for two nights. Check into the hotel will be after 15.00 and departure by 11.00 the following morning.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Lovely hotel shame about the experience provider”
The hotel osdfellows was excellent. Great location, staff and feel. Virgin however have been shocking. I payed 289 pounds for the experience. In arrival I found out from the hotel they were only charging virgin 208 pound. 104 per night. So the experience was not 289. On getting back to virgin oh wait that's right virgin havnt responded yet to my complaint asking where the 81 pounds extra I payed have gone. Lovely hotel and town terrible service once again from virgin. Avoid avoid avoid
