What happens on the day?
You’ll be warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival, who’ll be more than happy to help you out with any enquiries. They’ll direct you to your Classic room, boasting all the amenities you’d expect of a 4* hotel.
From there, explore Cambridge at your leisure; with free use of the city bikes at the hotel, as well as a luxury spa, there’s no shortage of things to do. On your first night, the two of you can enjoy £70 to share towards dinner in the hotel’s Atrium Brasserie. Your stay includes a full Gonville breakfast each morning, as well as a tour of the city in an iconic Bentley motor, driven by your own personal concierge.
Please note the dinner allowance is for food only. All drinks will need to paid for separately.

- We welcome dogs in our Classic and Superior bedrooms for the charge of £25 per dog per stay - please add this on whilst making your booking

Your two night break is available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Exclusions will apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Check-in from 14.00 and check-out by 11.00 on the morning of departure.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
