“Great hotel and good location”
Stayed at the grand a few times now, this is a 5* hotel in a premium location in York. Excellent service. Good food. Busy at breakfast but don’t rush, relax and enjoy. Grown up cocktails in the bar, again great service. Location is central and local to some excellent shopping, bars and restaurants. Definitely recommended. The virgin voucher made it that little bit better by reducing the cost of the experience.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Grand, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your hosts who will check you into the room. Your comfortable and stylish room provides the perfect base for the two of you to retire after exploring York’s many attractions. On one night, you’ll enjoy a three-course meal in the hotel’s The Rise Restaurant. On each morning of your stay, you’ll be served up a delicious Full Yorkshire Breakfast.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for nine months and cannot be extended. Please ensure that your voucher is booked and used before the date shown.
Your experience can be booked seven days a week, however exclusions may apply.
Check-in is from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out is until 11.00 on the day of departure.
We recommend you book at least 1 week in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
