What happens on the day?
On arrival at the hotel, you’ll be greeted by staff and checked into your double or twin room. Each room features an en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, hairdryer, and complimentary tea and coffee. You’ll enjoy a full English breakfast on each morning of your stay and access to the hotel’s facilities including a mini gym, heated indoor swimming pool and sauna.
You are free to spend your time at the hotel as you wish. If you choose to head out and explore the local area you’ll find a range of restaurants, beaches, and attractions on your doorstep including Sandbanks' Blue Flag beach with safe swimming in the sea, Poole Quay, Bournemouth Bay, and Brownsea Island.

Availability
You can book your stay from April 2022 seven days a week April to October. (date exclusions such as Christmas, New Year, Valentines and Bank Holiday weekends will apply). The experience is not available during school holidays.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your experience will be for two nights.
Check-in will be from 16.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be 10.30 on the morning of departure.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
