What happens on the day?
When you arrive at the Chester Abbots Well Hotel for check in between 14.00 and 15.00 you will be directed to your splendid twin or double room where you and your guest will feel at home. You will find your room complete with a flat-screen TV, complimentary WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom.
Relax or head out and explore the local area and at night you will enjoy a pleasant night’s sleep. On both mornings of your stay, you can tuck into breakfast and on the second day check out is between 10.00 and 11.00.

Availability
Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.
Your experience will be for two nights.
Check-in will be from 14.00 to 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

My husband and I loved the two night break at the Chester Abbots Well hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice and clean, really needed air-conditioning and maybe softer pillows, but if I had asked for another pillow I am sure I would have been given one. The breakfast was to die for, everything hot and very well presented. Although our stay was with a retirement gift card I received, the hotel is very good value for money. Would recommend to friends and family.
“ Is it to Chester a must”
Abbots Well Hotel was ideal . The Park & Ride bus was only a short walk from the hotel and ran frequently. Only problem it only ran till 6pm on a Sunday . The hotel restaurant does not open on a Sunday evening so had to eat in town before catching the bus back. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was very clean & adequate for our stay.
