What happens on the day?
When you arrive at the hotel you will check in between 14.00 and 15.00 and the friendly staff will show you to your room. Here you and your guest will spend two nights relaxing and enjoying some rest. On each morning of your stay you can enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore the city.
Your room will come with a flat screen TV and there is free WiFi throughout the hotel. The hotel boasts a modern art styled restaurant, The Brasserie, if you wish to book lunch or dinner as an extra treat (at additional cost). Check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

Availability
Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

We went in the carnival weekend which made the experience even more enjoyable. The mercure hotel was very nice from rooms to staff. Highly recommended
“Great city, average hotel”
The location is excellent for exploring the city and is situated right in the heart of Leicester. We stayed Friday and Saturday night, we where allocated a room at the front of the hotel and as such we heard the rowdiness until 3am each morning. The room is dated especially the bathroom, but very spacious. The breakfast was good quality but service is poor, they cannot keep up with demand, there was no pastries, not much fruit and you where left waiting for the hot plate to be replenished.
