What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who’ll direct you to your classic double or twin room. With many of Brighton’s major attractions within easy walking distance, there’s plenty to explore right on your doorstep.
On each morning, you can tuck into a delicious cooked or continental breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.

Availability
Your voucher is available Sunday to Friday. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - if you wish to book a saturday night there will be a surcharge of £100 to pay direct to the hotel. Upgrades are subject to availability. Upgraded rooms may also be available at an additional cost payable to the supplier.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Excellent Break ”
We had to experience vouchers we used back to back to make it a 4 night getaway. We spent 2 nights in a greene King hotel and 2night at the mercure in Brighton. The greene King hotel was a the old mill in Baginton which we stayed in before. Mercure was a first time experience. The room was very clean and modern however a little bit tight with 2 kids. Overall hotel was nice but a little dated. The front wasn't convenient for buggies as it was only stairs.
“Not the best not worst ”
Had a 2 night stay Little disappointed with it tbh looked a lot better on line pictures. Reception staff were excellent and very welcoming ! The room was a little disappointing bit small no fridge and the first thing I noticed was the awful net curtains! They were so screwed up and a bit dirty they do needed to be ironed! Apart from that the room was ok bed comfortable tv was small
