What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Billesley Manor Hotel you’ll be greeted by a member of staff before being directed to your room and shown where to find all of the on-site facilities. From there your time is free for you to use as you wish, spending time by the pool, in the sauna or steam room, or heading out to see what there is to see in Stratford-upon-Avon and the wider area.
Dinner isn’t included in this experience, but each morning you’ll enjoy a full English breakfast each in the hotel restaurant.

Availability
You are able to book your two night break for any day of the week throughout the year (subject to some exclusions).
We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance (12 weeks for weekend bookings) to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your experience will be for two nights. Check into the hotel will be after 15.00 and departure by 11.00 the following morning.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Nice but a little tired”
Beautiful setting. Hotel a little tired. Staff nice but some accents were difficult to understand not helped by wearing masks. This obviously couldn’t be helped. Some of young ones could be better trained. Enjoyed on the whole.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful apart from the spar being closed through renovation, everything else was good. The food was very high quality would stay there again

Very easy to book. The hotel was a little tired and could do with some TLC. We were not in the main house which was disappointing. The staff were very helpful, but the room was not as clean as we would have hoped. We did not enjoy the a la carte menu. Having said that, very peaceful and beautiful gardens.
