What happens on the day?
You can pick up your passes and free guidebook (offering helpful information and maps as well as special offers for evening entertainment, cafes, and restaurants) at the Visitor Information Centre in York. From there, you can tailor your visit exactly as you please, making use of 24 hour unlimited Hop On Hop Off bus travel to explore the sights in style.
With a huge range of attractions to visit and explore, rest assured there’ll be plenty for you to discover.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 16
- Passes are activated at the first attraction visited
- Passes must be used on consecutive days
- Passes are valid per calendar day and are not valid over a 24 hour period
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Your voucher can be exchanged for you passes seven days a week at the Visitor Information Centre, York.
Your voucher must be activated before the expiry date printed on it. All attractions are subject to availability.
Your pass will cover a maximum entry value of £150 per adult of the pass’ validity (price based on standard admission prices for the attractions).
Please allow two days for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
