A great morning out.
I had this gifted for me from some good friends for my birthday, I also took my friend who is also a biker and it was his birthday too. The factory tour was well delivered and the tour guide knew his stuff about everything and also included some humour in it all he is a credit to Triumph. Lovely to hear and understand the success of Triumph Motorcycles. Overall a great day and the museum of the bikes was very interesting too. Coffee shop had good coffee too.... happy all around.

Busman's holiday!!
Despite working as a bike mechanic for 30 years, I still thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Well worth a look. An interesting insight into how a bike is brought from concept to the showroom.

Awesome
What an awesome tour, Pete, the guide, what a wealth of information and Matt, very helpful, as we had a painful time finding it, i ended up putting the address and not the post code into the Sat-Nav, it is a huge industrial estate which covers the post code. Nice to see how the new production line is working. We did have to wait two years due to the Covid restrictions, but to be honest it was worth it, i would love to go again to see it in full flow after this pandemic is over.

Brilliant tour of Triumph factory
I visited the factory with my son and we both had a brilliant experience of the factory and showrooms. Great display of old and new bikes. Our guide Pete explained everything as we went around the factory and showed production of cranks and assembly lines.

Excellent Tour
The Triumph factory tour is an excellent, very interesting and informative. You see just how well designed and made these motorcycles are. Combined with the free small museum, cafe and shop it makes a great day out for anyone with an interest in Triumph Motorcycles (or motorcyles generally) or manufacturing. My only concern is booking the ticket through Virgin adds an uneccesary extra step and time delay that makes getting the particular day & time you want uncertain; book well in advance.

Motorbike heaven
My tour of the Triumph Hinkley factory was a Christmas present. I have ridden motorcycles all my adult life. Different brands but Triumph was among them. My exceptions of the factory tour were at the best average. My tour took place at 10.30am on a quiet Saturday. Our tour guide was Pete. I think the group totalled about 15. The tour 1hr 40mins exceeded my expectations. Good narative, path logically laid out. Bluetooth ear device was superb, loud and clear. I recommend this tour.

Informative tour
We toured the Triumph motorcycle factory. The tour guide was both informative and informal with useful information at his fingertips and able to ask most of the questions directed at him very well. For me, it would have been better if he'd had more hands on engineering experience and been able to ask technical questions but this would probaby have bogged the tour down as we were a very mixed group. Overall: very well done.
