Venture beyond the legendary Triumph Motorcycle Factory doors with this all-inclusive experience for up to four people!
A private guided tour with a Brand Ambassador starts with the Visitor Experience, where you’ll see some of the most iconic Triumph models of all time, learning about the design, development and manufacturing behind these famous motorcycles. You’ll get up close to and receive exciting insights into our manufacturing and final assembly processes.
You’ll also each take home your very own unique, personalised VIN plate keyring, hand-crafted by the Triumph team. In addition, your group will receive one copy of the ‘The Art of the Motorcycle’, showcasing 120 years of Triumph motoring prowess with never-before-seen photography, and personally signed by Nick Bloor, Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Motorcycles.

What happens on the day?
After essential pre-booking, upon arrival to the Triumph Factory, simply check in and exchange your voucher for your complimentary breakfast roll and hot drink. Embark on a motoring journey as you take the private 90 minute Factory Tour and the 40 minute Visitor Experience Tour, gaining a unique and extensive insight into all things Triumph.
After your tour, collect your keepsakes, reflect on your day in the 1902 Café and check out the merchandise in the shop.
Participant guidelines
- Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, as you will be visiting a genuine manufacturing facility and safety is their priority
- If you use a hearing aid, please note that a single ear radio headset is used on the tour
- Unfortunately, taking pictures is not permitted on the Factory Tour but is allowed everywhere else within the Visitor Experience
- The Factory Tour is fully accessible to wheelchair users
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Please make a note of the expiry date on your voucher - your experience must be booked and taken by this date.
The experience is available from 2021 Wednesday to Sunday between 10.00 and 16.30. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours 10 minutes for the Factory and Visitor Experience Tours. You are also welcome to spend additional time in the 1902 Cafe and Visitor Store.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
