“Nice restaurant - shame about Virgin”
Trying to find something to do with our vouchers was difficult; lots of stuff we wanted to do was mid-week only & would involve taking time off work. Settled on booking this restaurant - didn’t receive confirmation of booking, & spent 1/2 hour of lunch break on hold to Virgin, where I was told my booking had been received. On arrival at the restaurant they had no booking. They were lovely & accommodated us. Food was tasty & nice wine pairings - book direct with New St Grill and skip out Virgin.
