What happens on the day?
Your ticket for The View from The Shard should be pre-booked so you can arrive and make your way to the attraction, shortening time spent in queues. You can enjoy the experience at your leisure with no time restriction on your visit meaning you can take as long as you like to soak up the breath-taking views. You’ll take the elevator up to the indoor viewing platform on Level 69 and if you’re feeling brave, up to level 72 for access to the spectacular open-air platform. As part of this package, you’ll also enjoy a signature cocktail or mocktail in the Shard’s Nordic winter wonderland Aurora as well as souvenir digital photos.

Availability
Please note you must pre-book your experience. Failure to do this may result in refused entry.
Your voucher is valid for selected dates throughout the year.
Please note that The Shard is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
To reduce queues and ensure the best possible visitor experience for everyone, admission to The View from The Shard will only be valid on the date and time stated on your ticket once a booking has been made with Virgin Experience Days Ltd.
Tickets for The View from The Shard are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The Voucher has a voucher number and PIN which needs to be quoted when booking. Your e-ticket, which will be sent as confirmation of your booking, will include a multi-digit order number to gain access into the attraction or The View from The Shard ticket.
A standard visit lasts 1 to 2 hours allowing ample time for you to relax and enjoy the city skyline at your leisure as there is no time restriction on your visit.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
