Your ticket for The View from The Shard must be pre-booked so you can arrive and make your way to the attraction, shortening time spent in queues. You can enjoy the experience at your leisure with no time restriction on your visit meaning you can take as long as you like to soak up the breath-taking views. You’ll take the elevator up to the indoor viewing platform on Level 69 and if you’re feeling brave, up to level 72 for a spectacular open-air platform. As part of this experience, you’ll also enjoy a Sunday Roast at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant of your choice. Take in the stylish surroundings as you enjoy only the finest regional produce and native breed meats cooked to perfection by talented chefs from Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please be sure to book and take both parts of the experience before the expiry date shown.

Please note that The Shard is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

To reduce queues and ensure the best possible visitor experience for everyone, admission to The View from The Shard  will only be valid on the date and time stated on your ticket once a booking has been made with Virgin Experience Days Ltd.

Tickets for The View from The Shard are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The Voucher has a voucher number and PIN which needs to be quoted when booking. Your e-ticket, which will be sent as confirmation of your booking, will include a multi-digit order number to gain access into the attraction or The View from The Shard ticket.

A standard visit lasts 1 to 2 hours allowing ample time for you to relax and enjoy the city skyline at your leisure as there is no time restriction on your visit.

Sunday Roast at a Gordon Ramsay Restaurant :

The experience is available on Sundays only throughout the year, depending on your chosen restaurant and subject to availability. Please check the restaurant’s website directly for latest opening and booking hours.

Please note this experience is not available on Key Seasonal Dates – these include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Please allow 4 hours for both experiences, without travelling times between the two venues. We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure a date is available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
