What happens on the day?
Your ticket for The View form The Shard must be pre-booked so you can arrive and make your way to the attraction, shortening time spent in queues. You can enjoy the experience at your leisure with no time restriction on your visit meaning you can take as long as you like to soak up the breath-taking views. You’ll take the elevator up to the indoor viewing platform on Level 69 and if you’re feeling brave, up to level 72 for a spectacular open-air platform.
As part of this experience, you’ll also head to Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza restaurant. Enjoy a pre-booked 2 hour bottomless pizza feast, with four house toppings to choose from, and a daily-changing set special.
Seasonal ingredients are subject to availability and there’s a discretionary 15% service charge that will be applied to your experience on the day.

The View from The Shard

- Adults are deemed to be over 16
- Children are deemed to be between 4 and 15
- Children aged 3 or under are admitted free of charge
- All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult

Availability
The View from The Shard
Entry can be booked on selected dates throughout the year. Please note that The Shard is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
To reduce queues and ensure the best possible visitor experience for everyone, admission to The View from The Shard will only be valid on the date and time stated on your ticket once a booking has been made with Virgin Experience Days Ltd.
Tickets for The View from The Shard are non-transferable and non-refundable.
.Last entry varies depending on the time of year - please check for exact timings when booking. Bookings can be made between 24 hours and 4 months in advance, subject to availability, with a valid voucher.
The Voucher has a voucher number and a pin number which needs to be quoted when booking. Your e-ticket, which will be sent as confirmation of your booking, will include a multi-digit order number to gain access into the attraction or The View from The Shard ticket.
Street Pizza
Your experience is available seven days a week.
Please note this experience is not available on Key Seasonal Dates – these include Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
November and December Bookings – redemptions in November and December may be subject to a Festive supplement which will be payable on the day. The amount paid on the day will be the difference in price between the regular and Festive version of the set menu per person – please check at the time of booking.

We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure a date is available. All bookings are subject to availability.
A standard visit to The Shard lasts approximately 1 hour, allowing ample time for you to relax and enjoy the city skyline at your leisure as there is no time restriction on your visit. Please allow 2 hours for your meal and additional time to travel between the venues.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

View from the shard was great But I thought I would do the pizza on the same day It was a package but didn't receive anything for pizza and I called me can't book for another 2 months

Booking instructions were very clear. I booked 3 days in advance and both places still could accommodate us at the time we selected. The View from The Shard was great. Cocktails are very pricey there which was expected. The Gordon Ramsay's Street Pizza was average - I would not recommend anyone to go there. There are many other pizza places in London with much more delicious pizzas which are also cheap. However, the waiter there (or manager?) was very nice and friendly.
