Begin with a 30 minute session in the sauna, before enjoying a PURE foot ritual, complete with a full consultation. You can then take your pick of a delightful 30 minute facial or massage. After you’ve been suitably pampered, you’ll finish with a calming herbal tea, ensuring you leave feeling ready to take on the world.

“Great relaxing treatment”
The Spa Experience starts with free access to the facilities at Pure Spa (pool, sauna, steam room) for around an hour before your booked treatment starts. The treatment itself includes a refreshing foot scrub and then there's a choice of either a facial or back massage. I chose the back massage which also had hot stones. My partner chose the facial massage and we were both really satisfied from the ladies who delivered our treatments. Recommended for a relaxing day with your SO.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at your chosen PURE spa location, you’ll be warmly greeted at reception and asked to fill in a check-in form. You’ll be shown to the changing rooms to get dressed into robes and flip flops. Once changed, you’ll be taken to the sauna, where you can sit back and unwind with a 30 minute session, before heading out to the relaxation area.
You’ll be taken to a treatment room by your fully qualified spa therapist, who’ll give you a full consultation during a PURE foot ritual, followed by a choice of either a 30 minute facial or massage. After your treatment, you’ll finish off with a herbal tea in the relaxation area.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 16 (under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult)
- Participants should be of reasonable health (you may not be able to take certain treatments if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate)

Availability
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow at least 2 hours for your visit. Total treatment time is 60 minutes. We recommend that you allow at least 30 minutes after your therapy to relax in the spa area.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Good but let down by small thing”
My partner and I went for "The PURE Spa Express Experience for Two" for my birthday treat. We both enjoyed the facility. Massage was excellent and we were looking forward to the " calming herbal tea" at the end, however we've not been offered the tea and leaving a bit disappointed. The reception staff seemed very keen to upsell their products though.
