What happens on the day?

On arrival at your chosen PURE spa location, you’ll be warmly greeted at reception and asked to fill in a check-in form. You’ll be shown to the changing rooms to get dressed into robes and flip flops. Once changed, you’ll be taken to the sauna, where you can sit back and unwind with a 30 minute session, before heading out to the relaxation area.

You’ll be taken to a treatment room by your fully qualified spa therapist, who’ll give you a full consultation during a PURE foot ritual, followed by a choice of either a 30 minute facial or massage. After your treatment, you’ll finish off with a herbal tea in the relaxation area.

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 16 (under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult)
Participants should be of reasonable health (you may not be able to take certain treatments if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate)
The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Available seven days a week. Date restrictions may apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow at least 2 hours for your visit. Total treatment time is 60 minutes. We recommend that you allow at least 30 minutes after your therapy to relax in the spa area.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
