What happens on the day?
Thames Rockets
The two of you will be greeted by a member of staff, receive a quick briefing and be handed any safety equipment you require. With an experienced tour guide on board you will buzz over the water with speed and style whilst viewing the most popular sights of London.
You’ll find yourself under the amazing Thames Bridges and exploring parts of the river that are inaccessible to other boats. Don’t forget your camera.
lastminute.com London Eye
You’ll arrive at the Lastminute.com London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. Having arranged your date and time before you go, join the queue to board the pod 30 minutes before the time of your experience.
Your lastminute.com London Eye experience will last approximately 30 minutes and will be shared with others. See the famous sights of London from a new angle, enhanced by touch screen Samsung interactive guides.

Without exception, expectant mothers are not permitted on board at any stage of their pregnancy - The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Experiences run seven days a week March to October and Thursday to Sunday during winter.
lastminute.com London Eye
Available on selected dates throughout the year with the experience starting at 11.00 and ending at 18.00 January to February and weekdays September to 19 December. For weekends in September to December and all of June to August plus school holidays in April, May and December times are extended to 10.00 to 20.30. Easter weekend is further extended to 10.00 to 21.30. Exclusions may apply. Please note the London Eye is closed for maintenance from 11 to 22 January 2021.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
The Thames Rockets experience lasts approximately 50 minutes on the water, however you should allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes for the whole experience.
One rotation on the lastminute.com London Eye will take around 30 minutes.
Please allow additional time for queuing and travelling between venues.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
