“Finally arrived ”

I find dealing with this company very frustrating having order then giving me a delivery date it did not arrive. I then found out via Royal Mail it had even not been dispatched. After numerous calls and emails I not get hold of then and if it were not for your customer service person I may have never received it at all well done them. The chesses itself was very nice when it finally arrived hence an extra star.

“A High Price For What Was Delivered”

Our cheeses were of high quality but for £25 we felt that what we got was disappointing given the value of the voucher. This was bought for us as a present, and our experience would deter us from ever buying an experience for anyone else.

“Poor Quality”

Very poor quality, plastic tasting and plastic wrapped cheese. Better quality can be found at the supermarket.

“Not worth the money”

I was really disappointed with this. We received our cheese on 10th November and one of the cheeses was a ‘Halloween cheddar’. Not only did I expect slightly more exciting cheese than cheddar, but I think it was really cheeky to send us Halloween themed cheese. I feel like I was sent leftovers.
