Having completed your purchase, you'll receive a voucher via your chosen method containing all the information required to contact our partner, who'll ship your product. An order is not automatically placed.
Full activation details will be included to order the item at time that suits you or the lucky recipient.
Delivery Guidelines
Only once you've activated your voucher and contacted the partner will your delivery be sent. An order is not automatically placed.
Your Cheese Box will be dispatched on the same day, should you activate your voucher as intructed before 12.00, Monday to Thursday.
If you activate your voucher after 12.00 on a Thursday, it will be chopped, packed & dispatched on the following Monday. This ensures your Cheese Box doesn't get held up in transit over the weekend and is as fresh as possible. Your cheese will always be packed on the day of dispatch (and will be sent using a next day service).

“Finally arrived ”
I find dealing with this company very frustrating having order then giving me a delivery date it did not arrive. I then found out via Royal Mail it had even not been dispatched. After numerous calls and emails I not get hold of then and if it were not for your customer service person I may have never received it at all well done them. The chesses itself was very nice when it finally arrived hence an extra star.
