A car steeped in entertainment history, the Lincoln Futura debuted at the Chicago auto show in 1955, before making its film debut four years later in ‘It Started With a Kiss.’ However, it shot to fame when it became the original Batmobile in the first TV show and film. In 2013, it broke the record for a TV and movie car when it was sold for $4.2 million at an auction. Now’s your chance to get behind the wheel of one of these fantastic cars yourself, with three miles round a track of your choice. Are you ready to be a caped crusader? Come and take a drive!

What happens on the day?
On arrival at your chosen location, you’ll check in at reception and then take part in a briefing, ensuring that by the time you get behind the wheel you’re ready to go.
Experience what it’s like to drive the record-breaking Super Hero car with three miles to enjoy at your own pace.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 17 (under 18s need parental/guardian consent)
- Minimum height: 5ft
- Maximum height: 6ft 6in
- Maximum weight: 20 stone
- International licences accepted. All participants must hold a full driving licence and present the original at the event
- All drivers must have a good understanding of the English language for instruction purposes
- All drivers need to be in reasonable health
- Glasses must be worn if required for driving
- Please note: anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate
- Family, friends and children are welcome to spectate. Viewing is available for spectators. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location
- The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover.
- Some driving operators require customers to complete an Indemnity/Damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This may state that the driver will be liable for a fixed amount of costs should they damage the vehicle whilst driving. Most of these suppliers are able to provide Indemnity/Damage Waiver at a small additional fee (usually £20-£45) payable on site. The purchase of this is optional and is in addition to the Public Liability Insurance held by all venues. The full details of any indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the activity operator. We are unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of these products.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for eight months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date.
This experience is available on selected weekdays and weekends from February to November.
Please note:
Dates at Perranporth location: 15 and 16 April 2022, 19 to 21 August 2022
Tockwith in Yorkshire and the Sunderland location have limited availability
We recommend you book at least 16 weeks in advance to make sure dates are available. If there are no dates available for the duration of your validity, we are happy to offer a free extension. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the whole experience. Exact duration will vary according to the number of participants on the day.

Despite the current difficulties, a well run day. Polite and well organized support staff, knowledgeable and encouraging instructors. Would recommend and do it again myself.
“Last minute change but still great”
Originally I was bought a ticket to drive the batmobile but due to mechanical failure days before I was offered a change of vehicle. I chose the fast and furious skyline and had a great day. My partner was even able to buy an extra ticket for herself on the day due to bad weather and low turn out. Great time, would do again 100%
