“Rubbish day”
Very disappointed train journey cut short 😞 just drove there was made to sit on train for half an hour then turn round and come back thought we could get off and walk around museum and a coffee and food it was meant to be a 4 hour trip instead we were back in one hour and 50 mins very dissaponted customer
“A Great Fathers Day Gift”
A great experience on this steam loco, although through no ones fault the engine developed a brake fault after a 1/4 of the journey which resulted in being hauled by a Diesel engine. Scenery was brilliant and the day was warm. The return trip lasted just under 2 hours and would certainly recommend it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and there was a lovely team room which we used before boarding.
