Fredrick’s Hotel & Spa is the perfect place for a bit of southern county relaxing, with an indoor and outdoor pool (surrounded by a tranquil garden), sauna and steam room, fitness suite and a lounge area. You’ll be treated to a 30 minute Fredrick’s Taster treatment, the specifics of which are a trade secret but are designed to make you feel blissfully relaxed.
Afternoon Tea will be served in the Winter Garden restaurant, where you’ll find natural light and garden views paired with delicious food and a glass of prosecco.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Fredrick’s Hotel & Spa you’ll both be greeted by a member of staff before being shown around the facilities. You’ll be provided with a robe, towel and slippers each so all you need to remember is your swimming costumes before getting down to enjoying the facilities.
When it’s time for your pre-booked treatment you’ll each head for your treatment room to relax with a 30 minute Fredrick’s Taster Treatment.
Afternoon Tea will be served in the Winter Garden Restaurant, consisting of English teatime favourites and a glass of prosecco each.

Available seven days a week. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 4 hours for the experience.
The spa is open 15.00 to 20.00 on Monday to Friday, 12.00 to 20.00 Saturday and Sunday. Please note due to current restrictions time spent using the spa facilities is limited to 2 hours.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
