What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Oxfordshire, the two of you will be warmly welcomed by The Oxfordshire staff as they give you your robes and slippers for the duration of your visit.
Your spa treatments will have been booked in advance, so you’ll know exactly how much time you have to enjoy the spa before you’ll need to check in for your treatments of an Aromasoul body scrub and Elements massage each.
At lunchtime, you’ll be seated in the Sakura restaurant before being served two delightful courses that are all expertly prepared as you soak up the stunning view.

- Please advise the spa at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions so that they are able to check if this will affect your experience
- Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment to complete a consultation form.
- Some treatments and types of products used are not suitable for use on pregnant ladies. Please check with the supplier

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A good day
The Oxfordshire hotel and spa is in a beautiful location. The treatments were excellent and the food was good. The jacuzzi was out of order which was a shame. The hotel has seen better days, walls peeling, woodwork chipped, carpet stained. Needs some tlc.
