Located on the outskirts of Thames-side town Marlow, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is surrounded by countryside and lakeside views. On-site youâll find an indoor pool, two hot tubs, a steam room, sauna and gym, so youâll be able to relax or get active as you see fit, with a 25 minute treatment each too. Choose either a Mini manicure, Mini pedicure, Back massage, or Express facial.
At your chosen time you can check into the Agua Bar & Lounge, where a delicious afternoon tea will be served with three tiers of cakes, scones and finger sandwiches, coupled with tea or coffee. After that you can head back to the spa or head home, feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to face the world.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Crowne Plaza in Marlow, youâll check in at reception, be shown where to find the facilities and provided with robes and towels. You can spend the day relaxing or head out to enjoy the local area, though at your pre-booked time youâll need to be in thehealth club to enjoy your 25 minute pre-booked treatment each. Choose from a Mini manicure, Mini pedicure, Back massage or Express facial.
When youâre in need of refreshment youâll check into the Agua Bar & Lounge where you enjoy a classic afternoon tea for two with your choice of tea or coffee, before heading back to the spa to enjoy the facilities some more or heading home.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please note the Quad Wellness & Spa will be closed for upgrading works 4 to 8 November 2019.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

âSpa day for 2 with afternoon tea and treatmentsâ
We had a lovely relaxing day the spa was lovely the steam room was lovely the sun beds are placed close together but we managed to find a space where we had some room and not to be close to other spa users. I did request another Bath robe as my robe was wet and I got very cold when I got out of the pool and I was told I could not have another robe so they offered me small towel but other than that the spa day was lovey the massage treatment was amazing the cream tea was amazing very delicious

It is so refreshing to be able to get directly to speak to an assistant on the phone these days and not be left with an automated voice taking you from one selection to the next for a simple request. I need to amke a simple change and was given the information I needed quickly and efficiently. Thank you. It was such a great feeling of reassurance.
