What happens on the day?
Time slots to choose from are either 10.00 to 13.00 or 13.30 to 16.30. On arrival at your selected time at Ruthin Castle, you and your friend will be welcomed by the friendly staff and provided with a robe, slippers and a towel. From there, enjoy three hours’ access to the spa’s facilities including a sauna and steam room. During your experience, the two of you can enjoy one 55 minute treatment of your choice each from the treatment menu. Complete your morning or afternoon with a vintage afternoon tea, where you’ll be served a wide array of sweet and savoury treats.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
This experience can be booked seven days a week throughout the year. Date exclusions may apply.
Your visit to the spa can be booked for between 10.00 and 13.00 or 13.30 and 16.30.
We recommend you book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
