What happens on the day?
On arrival at La Chapelle restaurant, you’ll be greeted by a member of the team and shown through to your pre-booked table.
Seated and settled, you’ll be presented with the day’s Seven Course Vegetarian Menu Gourmand. As part of your experience, you’ll take home Chris and Jeff Galvin’s award-winning French cookbook.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- The experience content and restrictions may vary
Availability
Your voucher is valid to book for lunch or dinner, January to November. Exclusions including 14 to 16 February, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and all of December will apply.
Lunch -
Monday to Sunday: 12.00 to 14.00
Dinner -
Sunday to Wednesday: 18.00 to 21.00
Thursday to Saturday: 21.00 to 21.30
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Vouchers are not valid on special dates and events.
You cannot use your voucher in conjunction with any other offer or promotions.
Please note a maximum of 3 vouchers (6 guests) per booking.
Please allow 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours to enjoy your meal.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Fantastic Taster meal
A celebration meal for my son’s graduation - 2 vegetarian and 2 non vegetarian taster meals. It didn’t disappoint. We had a fantastic time. All the food , every course, was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. A great experience for a memorable occasion

7 Course Meal at Galvin La Chapelle
I highly recommend the Galvin La Chapelle Seven Course Vegetarian Menu Gourmand for Two with wine pairing (which costs extra but is worthwhile). The sommelier's choice of wines perfectly complimented each course. A very enjoyable afternoon.

A fabulous fine dining experience
The Seven Course Vegetarian Gourmand Meal was exceptional. Each course was served with skilful mastery, with impeccable attention to detail. The Galvin la Chapelle encompasses all the best in fine dining in a beautiful church like setting.

Seven Course Vegetarian Gourmand.
My husband, not a vegetarian, was given this as a Birthday gift. From the first course he was addicted! Each beautifully presented course was packed with subtle surprises, and exquisite flavours. Definitely best things come in small dishes, with immense substance. We both loved the experience... thank you!

Fabulous food
We were made very welcome it is a high end restaurant but we were made to feel relaxed. The food was excellent and the someliare gave us lots of information about the wine that were paired with each course. I thoroughly recommend the experience.

Stunning food
Every one of the 7 courses were absolutely delicious. The service was attentive and professional. The building is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this experience. We didn't receive the free cookbook however. I will contact the restaurant to see if they will send it to me so fingers crossed.

30th birthday treat!!
We had the seven course vegetarian tasting menu for my friends 30th birthday and I have to say it was absolutely delicious! I’m not a vegetarian myself but I can honestly say Its One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! And the service was absolutely fantastic too! Highly recommend!

Amazing tasting menu!
I had a virgin experience gift voucher for the 7 course vegetarian tasting meal which was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The only disappointment was that I was meant to receive a cookbook with my meal as part of my experience but they don't do them apparently- the name of this experience needs to be changed if there is no cookbook as it is misleading!!

Amazing 7 course vegetarian menu. Great Olives.
A gem of a restaurant tucked away in the Spitalfields market. These guys really care about customer service. I was contacted a day before the appointment to check for any special requests. We had modest expectations of a french restaurant doing a vegetarian menu. These expectations were easily met. Complimentary Olives were mind blowing ! Service was regular and fast and never too intrusive. No sign of cook book - not that we care it but Virgin should fix that and remove that form title.

Food was salty and not exciting at all
Service was good; they allowed one of us to switch to the vegan menu whilst the other had the vege however the vegetarian menu was not exciting or inventive at all. The worst part was that the majority of courses were overly salty.

Great place, great service but the food was very average. Disappointing to have a vegetarian meal with such little thought and no creativity. What a shame.
